Then Simon came down and raised his hands over the entire assembly of the Israelites to give the Lord’s blessing from his lips and to glorify his name.
And the singers lifted up their voices. and in the great house the sound of sweet melody was increased.
Then Simon came down from the altar, raised his hands over the whole assembly of Israel, and reverently pronounced the blessing from the Lord,
Then coming down he would raise his hands over all the congregation of Israel; The blessing of the Lord would be upon his lips, the name of the Lord would be his glory.
Then Simon would come down and raise his hands over the whole assembly of the Israelites to pronounce the blessing of the Lord with his lips and to glory in his name.
Then Simon came down and raised his hands over the whole congregation of Israelites, to pronounce the blessing of the Lord with his lips, and to glory in his name;
Then Simon came down and raised his hands over the whole congregation of Israelites, to pronounce the blessing of the Lord with his lips, and to glory in his name;

Then Simon came down, and raised (up) his hands into all the congregation of the sons of Israel, to give glory to God by (or with) his lips, and to have glory in the name of him. [Then coming down, his hands he put out into all the congregation of the sons of Israel, to give glory to God of his lips, and in his name to glory.]
